At a recent meeting of the Nambucca Bellingen Junior Cricket Association, President Julie Moore, had the pleasure of bestowing Life Membership to Ron Auld.
Ron is well known to many people in Bellingen and up and down the North Coast because of his involvment with Junior Cricket.
He is a Level 2 coach and has assisted with many representative teams in a coaching, managing or support role. Ron enjoys watching the development of many of the coasts junior cricketers and travels to many matches or carnivals just to see how they are going.
Although Ron's son has not played cricket for several seasons, Ron continues to be involved in the managment of NBJCA and has been our representative to the North Coast for the past 5 seasons.
NBJCA has 2 other life members, namely, Trevor Neaves from Dorrigo and Phillip Smith from Stuarts Point. Ron received a Certificate and desk clock to commemorate the occassion.
